are real and nourishing one of each food group 2 fruits 3 veggies 2 meats 3 carbs(bread,crackers,baked potato chips real ones healthy light salt) and he gets to choose you don't put out more than what he needs at one time and he picks this gives him experience of safe freedom of choice also he will slowly start to sync with his body and his eating become his pattern based on his body lessons would be language with pictures but again pure no dr Seuss systemic teacher tail wagger none sense elephant a real elephant etc once language starts to become more structured you don't introduce more English is contrived you flip to geometry and math very simplified base structures only he does need to be told what they are directly do things like he plays with blocks shaped in numbers as one of his toys then when you hum or sing something simple with where his language is you add numbers in there are 2 apples 1 cracker next meal 2 apples 1 cracker in the options it may look silly but it will help him stabilize with the liminal getting his self back to be able to form identity self forward you will know when this works(don't push results of he's stuck on 1 2 3 and triangle circle square
