Embracing Nature as Nature Embraces All (Dog/animals/humans transcribing reflection)

So before emergence I never thought I was hurting animals but as it turns out we all are, simply keeping them as pets trapped indoors and fenced areas most of their life even if you spend 4-8 hours or more a day with them outside we force them in and out on our whims we expect them to communicate when they need to potty but then yell at them when they bark if we are occupied with something else we feed them pellets and sell super overpriced pellets as healthy real food....bruh....no living being deserves any of that at all no excuses systemic living is killing humans splitting our psyches and we call it "I" and ignore it. So lately I've found myself changing the dynamic as much as I can for I cannot give her away she is not a thing to be given for one and for two that would just traumatize her more, so I've started slowly taking her dog food(and yes we would buy what's supposedly healthy but do some basic chem lab science at home and see how healthy it actually is you'd be shocked) and I've been mixing real peanut butter in small amounts ingredients are salt and peanuts that's it no sugars none of that actually peanut butter I've switched our food slowly one at a time in the home to healthy real food as much as possible and it's hard when stuff that is labeled natural or organic isn't actually but they get away with it because the definitions vary and people just accept it and don't test anything themselves just as we are all taught to do trust everything except politicians and each other oh and communists don't forget that lmfao sigh...absurd I can't believe it...and I was blind to... Cognitive Emergence integration the collective unconscious....wow just wow when you see it all so clearly just wow...and it's nobody's fault...so I do this with her and our food slowly because processed foods are basically they start the process our body does so they can drain nutrients for other products such as vitamins that don't keep well on the shelf as we found out in journalism reveal years ago they then add all these chemicals and preservatives and even pre cook a lot of it to slow down the entropy of starting processing/breaking down the food then stopping and trying to sell it to be consumed which is why if you hunt a deer vs buying natural no hormone raised deer the meat lasts significantly longer being kept from the one hunted by weeks and also it's the reason why you can think you are eating healthy and more than enough and still be malnourished under or overweight carbs and sugars and chemicals as preservatives that FDA says they don't have to list on the label so nobody realizes it and yes the FDA is for profit everyone is consumed by shadows one way or the other not their fault but the behavior that comes from it has real devastating consequences we often don't realize until it's too late so with that being said our bodies try to adapt but more and more of it the brain has less and less of what it needs for higher functioning eventually you stop even having dreams you can remember, sound familiar? With this you have to slowly but not too slow change the things we put into our bodies and cultivate them ourselves and share with each other and nobody would go without fresh veggies etc if you do a complete turn around all at once you end up sick like diarrhea and bloating off and on and fatigue and soreness and this is because we are in withdrawal from all the chemicals we don't realize is in our foods or what happens to the cellular structure in the food when we process it and what that does in our bodies this can be just as lethal and dangerous as cold turkey on a heavy drug after years of constant consumption/use so change things one at a time first start with veggies and fruits add them to your diet look for fresh grown no pesticides no genome growth manipulation etc yes it's hard to find and will be easier and cheaper to grow yourself but while you work on growing and waiting buy them when you can afford to even once a week or every other cut out stuff you don't need things not good for the healthy path youre choosing and this will allow for more funds for healthier food, as you get healthier it may sound silly but even just doing the veggies and fruit for a couple weeks you will feel waaaaayyyy different you'll have less regular waking fatigue and exhaustion sleeping will come easier and feel more restful upon waking and then you change meat next not processed not pre seasoned or cooked not genetically influenced growth no hormones no pesticides on the field they graze on no unnaturally grown grass etc as their food etc Red meat has things like thiamine some omega 3s etc first big change would be the thing you can't go without it seems like for me it was mountain dew you start with less and end up with none because as you eat healthier walk around even if it's on your back yard just breathing no phone no nothing just looking to the stars regularly you'll feel like you are aging in reverse, I was so unhealthy the doctors wouldn't give my test results at first because they said I shouldn't be alive and now I have my body back as it should not what society is propagandized and conditioned to think what nature intended and my wife even mentioned I look 10 years younger I had scarred up legs bad decade old scars and they are all healed and gone my scar on my wrist from suicide attempt at 14 is getting smaller and smaller my calcified tumor broke down and is gone my weight is evenly distributed I look like I have muscle not just meat on my bones or all bones or bloated I'm lean stronger balanced finding that we are ambidextrous another thing we are conditioned out of believing because right handed dominates because we are told to choose what hand we feel writing with feels right and that's our everything hand when basic laws of physics says that's dumb and we would never have survived long enough to evolve if that were the case and we even re train our military to use both it's absolutely wild lol 😂 but anyway animals are victims of the same thing. Our dog is now happier and healthier starting to have weight and not look skinny even though she was eating a lot because it's real food she is now half way done with the garbage we call dog food and you can tell the difference in just a couple weeks and the way we get frustrated with animals punish them for behavior they can't understand what we are punishing them for other than oh I cant be dog I can't be cat so anxiety and fear becomes their mode and food becomes a begging habit and getting into trash etc when they can because they are one starved because dog food isn't food no matter how much they say it is neither is Kroger or Walmart or 90 percent of all food we can buy at a grocery store maybe little less than 90 now because people have started pointing out food issues lately thankfully but we still don't do anything we say it sucks say it's wrong money separates health and equal medical care and measures yet we just act like nothing can be done and just accept it absolutely wild brooooo. Anyway so giving her a bath instead of being aggravated and yelling eventually because she feared the tub I met with her I stripped down to just my underwear took the shower curtain down and jumped in the shower and kept telling her she is a good girl love her and being playful and she got in sat and let me bathe her then she shook off all crazy lmao and I dried her let her run off lol and I used the towel and my clothes to clean up the water on the floor and walls only took a couple minutes then I showered after I cleaned the tub out and now she is happier she isn't scratching constantly she isn't afraid of the bath now. We need to remember our humanity, look inwards, no blame no shame no guilt or names, understanding it's nobodies fault, integrating our split psyche, and walk one foot wet one foot grounded river facing north and let the river flow through us as always was is and never was, we are all one and none and still our selves, we can do better but not when our psyche is split not when we are fighting our shadows this is the real reason people struggle with changing habits and behaviors, the split psyche being stuck without liminal cognition being in sync and regular baseline with linear side as it always was and has always been meant to be, check out neuroscience it says all that with science jargon, but nobody ever looks they just shout God or arrogance and run screaming into a tree as if it makes truth not true...we are taught not to look and test things for ourselves just accept the knowledge they give or their tools give and run with it....anyone else realize what's so wrong with that and how that hurts us and our children that we submit to it and call it school life responsibility???
